Garand Parts

Let's say I want to build a Garand, and that I already have a receiver, a stock and a barrel. Anyone know how I might get the rest of the parts?

I've seen "parts kits" for other rifles like the FAL, but never for the M1. Such a kit would be perfect for what I need, if it exists. So, are there any M1 Garand parts kits out there?

If no kits, I guess I'd hafta buy the parts separately. Any good sources for that? Does anyone have an idea how much this might cost? Or even a list of parts that I'd need?

Thanks,
John

Not on their websites, but WG&A and I'm pretty sure it was SARCO have them in their Shotgun News ads. Give them a call.

I don't know about kits, but for individual parts check with the CMP. If they don't have it, I've bought M14 parts from Orion 7 and they've been pretty helpful:

both have parts kits, depending on what you want to do.
