Picked up this new Colt SAA 5.5'' bbl .45 Colt at Cabela's today. I have been looking for this exact finish, size and caliber for awhile. I have come close a few times but none of the others were "right."

I was surprised at how dark the bluing is. Pretty much black in some light. This will be cherished for a long time.

This will go nicely with my Colt Series 70

Just a little bit. Kinda meant to be a safe queen. I don't even shoot all my guns that much more anyway.
