I've considered getting this (http://www.throwzini.com/firestone_axe.html) axe for belt carry. Apparently it can be thrown, but that wouldn't be its primary purpose, obviously. I'd like opinions of anyone willing to give them. Does anyone have this axe or have used it? I really like the shape of the head and think it would be good for clearing brush and whatnot, and even CQB if need be.

Looks like a take-off of the old Viking "bearded" axe. Good all around camping, hiking, and whatever axe.

First time I've seen anyone throw a Firestone. Considering their cost I'm surprised.

Firestone axes are very well made products with excellent properties.
