In the ads, this looks to me to be quite a handsome pistol. Anyone here have one with opinions to share regarding feel, heft, function, and price? Thanks..

I've had one for about two weeks. It was on my short list of "if I ever find one, it's going home with me" guns. I have the adjustable sight model. I've put about 300 rounds through it so far, mostly Winchester white box and Blazer Brass.

My initial impressions:
* 100 percent reliable so far, right out of the box.
* Very high quality construction. Not a tool mark to be found. Tight tolerances. Fit and finish rival much more expensive guns.
* Decent DA trigger. Great SA trigger.
* Out of the 30+ pistols I own, this could be the most accurate. Definitely in the top three. Shot three inch groups at 25 feet off-hand the first time I fired it.
* It's very heavy. Can you say "what recoil"? I wouldn't want to carry it concealed, but it excels as a range gun.
* Worth every penny I paid. Hell it might be my new favorite toy.
* I don't think I'd ever sell it!

I guess you can say I'm a fan.

Looks just like a CZ75/Jericho

"Looks just like a CZ75/Jericho"

Very close cousin, but it is made of forged ordinance steel, both frame and slide. It just feels like it means business, and so far it hasn't had any hiccups.

This isn't a personal opinion, but one of a man who holds great creditability with me and who has the expertise to evaluate it objectively.

The AR-24 is a copy of the Tanfoglio copy of the CZ-75 by the Turkish company Sarsilmaz. The fit and exterior finish is very nice, but the interior is still a bit rough. It isn't as nice as the old AT-84 and nothing close to the Sphinx.

The AR-24 shoots very well in 9mm and the ergos are very comfortable. The trigger can be tuned very nicely

This person converted from shooting a Sig 226 in USPSA competition (GM level) to the AR-24 because it was less stressful to his hand
