Several weeks ago I got a case stuck in an RCBS die. After much pounding and horsing around, and after breaking the primer extractor, I still couldn't get it out. I called RCBS and asked what I could do. She said send it back to us with $5.00 for shipping, we'll fix it and send it back. I got it back today with the die polished and the extractor pin replaced. Also as a bonus, she sent me back a large bottle of case lube. I suppose that was a hint. hahaha...I guess she figured I hadn't lubed the case. Hat's off to RCBS customer service!
