Been trying to find some non steel core plinking ammo for my .223 and 62gr is what I'm after (matches the BDC in my TA-31 and barrel twist, etc etc).

Speer lists a perfect product, the #1052 (http://www.speer-bullets.com/ballistics/detail.aspx?id=250), however, nobody has it. Any ideas what's going on with it? Anyone else know another 62gr plinker round?

I picked up some of Remington's 62gr Match HP's and I have a couple thousand of the M855 steel core rounds, but I'd like to load up something without a steel piercing center for plinking.

Where are any Speer bullets??

They have been in short supply ever since Speer got a multi-million contract with the French Police a couple of years ago.

I'm thinking they are more interested in filling that contract then supplying reloaders with bullets.
