My wife just saw this on the news.

A Richardson (North Dallas suburb) woman answered her door this afternoon and cracked it a bit to identify the person on the doorstep.

Two men "with guns drawn" burst in and ordered her to sit on the couch. She was told that she wouldn't be harmed if she didn't give them any trouble.

A neighbor saw a woman sitting in a car outside the house and thought it was odd enough to warrant a call to the police.

Police responded with sirens which caused the men to panic and run. They holed up in a nearby church but police were able to evacuate employees before a hostage situation could develop. All three "suspects" (2 men, 1 woman in getaway car) were taken into custody.

The victim, who was not harmed in any way, said that the men went into the back of the house while she sat on the couch and she has, so far, been unable to determine what they did while they were in the house.

Maybe they needed to use the bathroom. When a man's gotta go, he's gotta go.;)
