I purchased a Para GI Expert in the middle of August and it was shooting 4" low at 30ft. I called Para and they of course gave me an RMA so off it went. They had the pistol for over 6 weeks so I called on Tuesday 10/4/11 to check on the status. The pistol was done, they fitted new slide and barrel. I was stoked! The guy I talked with said it should ship out soon! Well it took them a week AND another phone call to get the gun shipped! Finally got the pistol yesterday and shot it today in our club match. They fixed the issue no problem, it shoots straight, feeds and extracts just fine. I put about 150 rds through the gun with no issues and shot most of stages clean. I'm very pleased with the gun and the repair work, just a little miffed that they took so long to get it back to me. When I sent it in they said it would take 4-5 weeks to fix so I expected to wait, but thought they would ship it out as soon as it was complete. Good workmanship, but the service could be improved a bit.

at least they fixed it, how much did you have to pay for shipping?

Yes, they did fix it and did a great job, it's a very accurate pistol. I'm not complaining about the workmanship, just a little more communication would have enhanced the service experience. I paid $20.00 to ship through my FFL. Nice thing was they sent a target AND the gun was dirty so I know they at least ran some rounds through it, 5 mags according to the documentation. All-in-all I pleased with the work and the way the pistol functions.
