My customary 'pocket rocket' is a S&W 642 Centennial .38 special in an Uncle Mike's pocket holster.

SERIOUS MOUSYNESS, MY FAVORITES:
ASTRA CUB 22Short
COLT JUNIOR 22Short
The ASTRA is my favorite plinking pistol. It'll hit popcans all day long at 25 yards and tomato juice cans at 50 yards just as well. The JENNINGS is also tincan accurate at 25 yards but only really likes W-W 22LR ammunition for wahtever obscure reason.
The COLT JUNIOR is functionally perfect but on its' best day can scare the daylights out of 2-liter pop bottles at 25 yards.
You guys with all those 25ACP, 32ACP cannons must be jealous of real mousegun owners by now...

If I were to buy a mouse gun, I'd be a choice between the PM9 and the P11.
The P3AT and the Rohrbaugh would be mighty fine choices too. :D
January 28, 2003, 03:13 PM
I list these because I have them and have found them to b equite trustworthy. I've had several more that I have owned and won't list .

I always thought of "mousegun" in connection with something smaller than.38 or 9mm. And, I guess, I subconsciously feel that .380 ACP and 9X18 are 9mms. Yeah, I know they aren't, REEEALLLY. They certainly are not full "service" pistols. But then, could we really count a polymer frame, compact 9X19 as such? Or an alloy framed .38 snub?
My "mouse gun" choices:
1. KT P32
2. M34, .22/32 Kit Gun. (Not fair, really--To me, mine is a sporting piece, pure and simple. I guess it COULD be pressed into service for defensive use, just like my Browning Buckmark or my Colt Challenger .22s. They, however, are far larger and more sporting/plinking typed.)
3. Bauer .25 auto.
YCSMV (Your classification system may vary.):D

Pistolet Makarova (all flavors)

Do NOT make fun of my Colt Junior .22 Short! :) Yes, I really do have one and while 2 liter bottles may mock it, it will most definately make them go deaf! It is by far one of the loudest pistols I have heard.
And my other two are:
NAA .22LR Mini-Revolver
Titan Tigress .25ACP
January 28, 2003, 10:06 PM
Kel Tek P32
I don't think a Kahr PM9 or Colt Pocket Nine
would qualify as a mouse gun, but I have them
January 28, 2003, 10:19 PM
1. NAA .22mag Mini-Revolver
2. FIE Titan .25

February 1, 2003, 11:20 PM
Wonder if I could hold three in one hand and pull the triggers all at once.................
1. Kel-Tec P32
2. Kel Tec P3-AT (when I get one)
3. Beretta 21 in .22 (my friend's gun which I keep offering to buy but he won't sell)
February 5, 2003, 06:37 PM
My REAL, TRUE favorite mousegun is the Colt & Wesson SCC (Super Compact Crickett) Plasma Rail Blaster, carried in strong side front pocket, with an extra 70-zap chargepack.
What? Not available yet? Well, hecky darns. That little problem doesn't keep some from listing the Rohrbaugh and K-T P3AT as THEIR favorites.:p :D ;)
February 7, 2003, 12:46 PM
I don't count my Kahr PM9 as a mouse gun, so:
1-NAA Guardian 380
2-Baby Browning .25
3-Kel Tec P32
When the P3AT is available I will probably get one, and the Beretta Jetfire and Minx deserve honorable mention. Watch-Six
February 10, 2003, 02:46 AM
In no particular order...
Colt 1903 .32 ACP. The standard by which the rest are judged.
ADC Model 1 derringer .45 ACP. Ouch.
Hertage Stealth C4200 Shadow. Or maybe my friend's Keltec .40. It's a tossup.
I have a Colt Pocket Auto 1903 in .32 ACP, but I can't say it's my favorite. Inaccurate, but with sentimental value. My 2 Ruger .22s (RST-6 and KMK-512) are definite favorites, but are certainly not for carrying. My Taurus PT-22 is probably my favorite right now as it's so small it can fit in a pants pocket during shorts and tank-top days.:D One day though, I think I want a Beretta Tomcat .32 in titanium.
February 22, 2003, 08:36 PM
1. Colt Lady Elite (Mustang two tone pocketlite)
2. Mustang Pocketlite Stainless
3. Pony Pocketlite Stainless
