I've never owned a taurus but this looks like a good all around revolver MSRP is 449 which should be around 400 out the door http://www.taurususa.com/2011newcatalog/?catalog_page=7

FMJMIKE October 24, 2011, 08:33 PM Taurus quality sucks IMHO !!!! MMCSRET October 24, 2011, 08:48 PM I'm not very fond of rim fire revolvers but that one interests me. I read the write up in American Rifleman, maybe I need to order one. I've had excellent service from all my Taurus revolvers so that helps push me towards it, also. rcmodel October 24, 2011, 08:53 PM I got all excited about the possibility of a new .22 convertible trail / kit gun. Until I read the part about it weighing 47 oz empty. I have .357, .44 Spl & .45 ACP S&W's that are way lighter then that! Add a holster, the extra cylinder, & ammo and such and I'd have to hire a Gun Bearer to carry it around all day!! What were they thinking?? rc
