Glock, EAA, Dan Wesson, and maybe a special order Springfield Omega are the ones that are currently making 10mm pistols. 10mm, IMO, is slowly gaining in popularity considering that Dan Wesson is just introducing a new line of 10mm 1911 format pistols (Razorback) and Glock introduced the 29 a few years ago.
Other manufacturers have been S&W 10XX series of pistols, S&W 610 N-Frame revo, Bren Ten, Colt Delta Elite and Delta Elite GoldCup (my current blaster of choice  ), and a few others that I am missing I'm sure.
Of course you can special order a Caspian or Les Baer in 10mm if you have the $$$.
I heard a rumor that Colt is considering reintroducing its Delta Elite pistols...

I've owned a S&W 1076, which was real nice. Rented a Glock 20 that was nice as well. From my VERY limited experience, I'd say that even tho there aren't many options in the 10mm arena, the ones that are available are fine samples.

The Glock 20 is my favorite Glock, my favorite 10mm pistol, and my favorite overall pistol. I guess that's why I own two of them and a Glock 20C. I also have two of its little brother, the Glock 29.

I only have one gun in 10mm, a Colt Delta Gold Cup. It is a stainless steel, full-size 1911 design with adjustable sights and an interesting dual spring recoil reduction system (stock). The trigger was a little heavy when I got it, so I had a gunsmith work it down to 4 lbs. even.
It's a good gun for range work, because it is very accurate - at least as good as my Gold Cup in .45 ACP. It has a different feel and sound than the .45 caliber version of the same gun - but the overall recoil feels about the same with target ammo. With full power 10mm ammo it kicks more than the .45. But it is certainly milder than a .44 magnum revolver.
The only problem is finding ammo at a reasonable price. I have bought ammo for it at gunshows, and I know a couple of online vendors that sell it. But the ammo is expensive compared to more common calibers.
There is a new S&W model 610 revolver with 4-inch barrel for sale at my local gunstore that is very tempting. I believe it will shoot both 10 mm and .40 S&W, with moon clips.

I am not sure, but I think it is a Colt based that is my favorite.
Yah, that's it, The Colt Delta Gold Cup. :D

My favorite is my Les Baer Heavyweight Monolith in 10mm. BUT I think the DW Razorback I have on order may be a close second.

I carry my S&W 1026 everyday. It is my favorite pistol, bar none. Quite a large hunk o'steel but it has never jammed (unlike my 10mm Glocks) and is as accurate as I can be.

Shooting 10mm loads from my little Tanfoglio Compact is a blast. Someday, I hope to add a Glock 29, and Smith 610. I just wish I could find factory ammo loaded to original NORMA specs - 200 gr. @ 1200 fps and 170 gr. @ 1400 fps. Even the hottest stuff out there dosn't come close.

Dang, I just came across Texas Ammo (http://www.texas-ammo.com/) . They have something they call 10mm Express. 200 gr. loaded to 1250 fps. :what: Anyone tried this stuff?

Do a search over at the 10-Ring on GT for several range reports with Texas-Ammo stuff. Specifically, agtman's posts. :)
Heck, here is the link.
