Hey i was wondering what kind of hoops you had to jump through to become a dealer for reloading supplies? How much the license is and how to go about getting it? Any help would be appreciated!

You, legally don't need any Federal license for components, but without a basic FFL, you'd be hard pressed to get wholesale pricing.
Unless you buy in SERIOUS bulk, there isn't a lot of margin.
Don't forget to look at local coeds where you are, insurance, taxes, business licenses, etc.
Buy primers a minimum of 100,000, powder by the hundredweight or more, bullets/shot by the ton - you start to see the picture - then you need space for it all
Most homes and homeowner's insurance, and local fire codes won't allow that much flammable solids to be stored in a residential neighborhood - now you have warehousing costs, utilities, taxes on inventory, etc........
What's your initial budget? $250,000?? more????
