Hi Guys, I recently got about 5000 M196 red tipped tracer bullets on a trade and I have considered selling part or all of them but wanted to ask if there's an issue with shipping these through the USPS via priority mail? Would they need to be labled ORM D and shipped UPS?

Thanks.

I don't think they can go USPS. But I think you can send them ORM-D UPS or Fedex.

How much you looking to get for say a K of them?

Right. Tracer bullets ARE flammable by nature, aren't they?

Let me correct myself. I have been mailed tracers so they can be sent through USPS but it isn't legal.

Thanks for the information. As medal guy mentioned, I initially assumed they are indeed flammable, but thought Iíd ask those of you who may have bought and sold these before as I didnít know for sure since they require a source of ignition.

Wildbillz, let me check with UPS on the shipping first and then Iíll send you a PM on the asking price. Might be the first of next week before I list them.

I've recevied them by USPS too. Matter of fact I was shipped 800 .22 MRF last week, by USPS flat rate box, doesn't make it legal. By all means, use UPS ground/Fedex ground.
