silly question time

I live in delaware and the only NFA item we can legally own is an SBR
with that being said I have a few questions

Does anyone see any form of problem or know any legal issues against owning a firearm that is suppressor ready (threaded barrel) in a state that does not allow a suppressor?
the reason I ask is I have become very interested in an FNP 45 tactical

and now for the big one
Delaware is a small state I can travel realistically to several states that allow suppressors (and before anyone jumps on me NO I DO NOT WANT SOMEONE TO BUY ME A SUPPRESSOR IN ANOTHER STATE)
my question is this
is it illegal for me to go to a public range in say PA or MD with MY firearm and attach someone elses suppressor to it with the owner being present? i.e. borrowing it
Dont ever plan on leaving the state with it or the range for that matter and be with the legal owner the whole time
does anyone see anything wrong with this?

No, that should all be just fine.

I assume DE has not prohibition against threaded barrels...I never heard of one.

The NFA item question is just as you suppose -- the owner remains in possession, just supervising you using it.

I never found anything in the laws about threaded barrels but again wanted to double check just in case someone knew something I didnt (which isnt difficult lol)

I don't know about Delaware specifically, but a threaded barrel is one of the criteria used to define an "assault pistol" in some states (and federally from 1994-2004).

I know California specifies a threaded barrel as illegal, so double check the fine print on the DE laws. DE is a lot more free than CA, so odds are it isn't a prohibited feature, but CYA.

You can also own an AOW in Delaware, to my knowledge. (I'm a Delware resident, by the way.)
