I have a Ithaca single barrel highly engraved with a serial number 274333-T. It appears similar to the 4E, and 5E models but has more engraving. It does not have the gold inlays that the 7E has. Any idea what it is , how old, Value?

It is probably a Flues Model Ithaca Trap.

Year = 1916

Pictures?

Open the action and check the engraving number. It may say 4E, 5E, etc.

I can't tell the exact model but it looks like a nice old SBT.
That sure is an ugly Indian, though.

So after picture review, any guess as to the value, i HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF LOCAL DEALERS TELL ME IT IS ONLY WORTH 3 TO 5 HUNDRED.

It's worth a little more perhaps, but not a lot more... for two reasons:

1) It's not in a condition that would be attractive to collectors

2) It's an incredibly undesirable configuration for someone who would actually want to shoot trap with it.
