Does Smith & Wesson have a site to find out when a particular semi auto was manufactured?

I just picked up a 1006 and want to know when it was manufactured.

The first 4 of the SN is TEW5XXX

Don't know of a website, but The Standard Catalog Of Smith & Wesson, 2nd ediiton by Supica & Nahas says that your weapon with serial number TEW 5XXX was made in April of 1990.


ARP 1990 S/N range = TEP to TFA
