Has anyone hooked up a drill chuck to the Hornady Cam-Lock Case Trimmer? I was going to order one.

yes, I have. I used a cheap black and decker cordless on mine. It worked good and certainly made things quicker and easier than turning the handle. I never cared for the way you had to flip the cam lever to insert the case. It always seem a bit akward to me, but better than my first hornady which you had to tighten the knob by turning it.
If you haven't purchased it yet, do yourself a favor and look into the lyman power trimmer. I bought one about 2 years ago and it works great. If you do a lot of reloading the extra $ spent is well worth it. If you are not a big reloader, the cam lock will serve you well
