Remington Model 700 VS SF II

I am looking to buy an out of the box accurate factory rifle in .223 Remington to shoot like 300 yards not more because of our limitations in my country.This rifle caught my eye any suggestion ,reviews will be very helpful.

That's a top of the line Remington. I was looking at one in .220 Swift last year but passed for a different model.

I'm no fan of the .223.
