I ran across this guy's blog after he came through town on his book tour. Interesting reading, and a different take on wild game recipes than most of what I see on the internet.

I could learn a few things about wild game cooking from both of them. I'm always looking for a good way to break the family into eating what I kill. They usually won't touch what I cook because somebody further down the line didn't know how to cook or process the animal.

Same here. I took my first deer a few weeks ago, and used that link's tenderloin recipe for our first venison dinner. Terrific.
