I hope I'm posting this in the right place, if not please move it to the proper home.

If I install a Magpul MOE handguard on my M4clone, what kind of sling mount do I use and does it attach to one of the slots on the handguard?

A picture would be nice.

I have that setup. The sling attaches with a clip (mine is spring loaded, but there are some that aren't). It does attach through one of the oblong holes in the hand guard. I can't take a picture right this minute (at work...shhh don't tell). If there's not one on here by when I get hom tonight, I'll try to throw one up.

I use the rotation limited "Mount-n-Slot" and am very happy with it.

Look at the Mount-n-Slot hardware as well. There are a couple of different models based upon what type of sling adapter you want to use. They have a decent QR type socket that mounts to Magpul hand-guards.

maybe I'm misreading the OP, but mine installed and kept the standard sling mount on the gas block.
