I did a search that showed that there have been a couple of other threads about the Braverman revolver. But they are several years old. Thought a new thread might turn up some new info.

As near as I`ve ever been able to find out, this gun was never commercially produced. Just tool room samples for testing. No idea how many.
The one I have has seen heavy use to the point of the timing being off which would support the test gun idea.
Of the very few of these that I`ve seen pics of, there seem to be a few differences from gun to gun.
Perhaps a few test samples were made of 3 or 4 slightly different designs.
Any info welcome.

The one I have is in .32acp. Pics below along with one of the .25acp RJ Braverman Pen Guns.

So, the pen gun is a Title II "AOW." Did the ATF consider the folding revolver to also be one, or is it a Title I weapon?

No. Because of the design of the pen gun (must be folded for use) it is not AOW under NFA. Is considered a normal handgun.

The Braverman pen gun isn`t all that rare. You see them for sale now and then, but they have been getting expensive lately.

Ahh. So the same applies to the revolver then. Cool!

That is one interesting little revolver!

I would love to see a size comparison to something like a 1911 or snub .38.

Very very cool little guns. I'd like to find a pen gun like that, if only for fun.

Fun is about all the pen guns are good for.
Slow to put into operation and hard to hit anything with past point blank range.
Best way I`ve found to aim the pen gun is to put your thumb and forefinger on either side of the barrel and pull the trigger with your middle finger. Aim simpley by pointing your finger at the target.
