Hot Damn, Can't wait to see the fire come out of this one.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the base pin is retained, and where the sights came from. That looks downright fun (he says, eyeing the Sheriff for possible conversion ...)

at least they didn't do that to a Uberti

Base pin on mine is retained by a ball bearing detent. I will take and post
a picture later today.

The basepin on this is retained by the friction of a nut secured by the rammer screw. The flat of the nut bears against the bottom of the basepin when the screw is tight.

Mine is held in by a spring loaded ball bearing detent. You can turn the little
screw to adjust the tension. I like it just so it won't fall out.
Short barrel, Remington design, rounded butt, big-bore, I like it.
It's a cap/ball Charter Bulldog Pug. Except that it's not c/b anymore. I still like it.
Does it shoot .45 Colt?
I'd like to have a conversion cylinder in .44 special, and install a true .44 caliber barrel on my 8" Pietta.

Mike; I'd love to see the opening clip to be a flaming night shot!

Put some sparkler compound in your powder charge and take some night shots.

I bought the Kirst pin retaining catch to keep the pin in place

I was thinking of rounding off the grips and making a bird head grip.

Now, I want to buy a Pietta target Rem NMA, just to chop.

I been drolling over this revolver since I first seen a pic of it on these forums. My friend you certainly did I fine job. So I just ordered another from Cabalas with this in mind, thanks for sharing!!!
Mike I always love your videos and I am a subcriber, but I notice ya put a lil more shooting clips in this one than most others. Ya kinda like that lil feller don't ya ?
haha, I do too!!! Thanks for sharing.
Merry Christmas guys / gals!!

I do like him. I made him for a buddy of mine, so I haven't shot him for eight or nine years. It was a lot of fun to shoot the little guy again.
