This product was specially developed for the Israeli Spec. Forces and is available as a shelf product following the completion of a very comprehensive and successful field test.

I'm not at work, so my dialup's too slow to get anything out of the demo... Looks like I gotta read :(

Just curious... What exactly is your affiliation to this company?

P.S. - What? No .45???

I just watched the demo and I did not fully get it by reading...

the little bright colored thing at the end is threaded, so to remove it, you unscrew bright threaded thing, field strip pistol, then remove the plastic rod from the chamber end (it will not go forward). At first I just thought it was something you put in from the barrel end...

it also has a spring loaded end at the chamber which cushions the slide from dropping it, and also serves as a snap cap to cushion the Firing pin as well.

Only real draw back that I see is if you had a non open ended holster. That colored nut at the end would not fit.

It's hilarious that so many of the pictures on the site are of 1911s, but it doesn't come in .45. They could have built it with replaceable chamber sections for all popular calibers, but oh well.

This is a good idea for those without the patience to ease the slide back into battery or people who confuse loaded weapons with unloaded ones. Seems like instructors would be their biggest business.

No price given. If they are competitive with snap caps-great. But if they cost much more than $10, questionable.
