Some or most of the manuals available for download in .pdf format are in English--the ones I downloaded are, at least. :p
They also have a CD-ROM with all downloadable manuals plus some others plus some targets for $10 US or ten Euros.
Plus, on the "Links" page there are some posters...As the first one loaded I said to myself "Looks like Oleg's work, but the phrasing's a bit awkward." ("The won't take away your hunting rifle, first they'l call it a Sniper's GUN." "Gun? Naaah, Oleg would say 'rifle.'") The second one I took to be the same basic as the first, except in German. (My German is pretty much non-existant...)
The third was Tamara explaining that she's BLONDE, not STUPID, so I went back and checked, and sure enough, the first WAS one of Oleg's, it links to www.a-human-right.com. So do most of the rest... :o

Anyway, most of these SO FAR are military firearms, and they have the Mossberg 500 and Remington 870 listed under Rifles  but otherwise it's a pretty darned good site.
