Not sure if I'm posting in the right place.

Whatever, here is a new concealled carry holster I made for a Colt 1911 45ACP.
3mm / 1/8" leather, hand amde, hand stitched, dyed and waxed the old way (color is ebony, not black), anti moisture, rigid: it perfectly fits the 1911 and offer quite a fast draw.

Looks like good solid work. I like the plain and simple.
Is there a difference in the make-up of Ebony dye vs. black? Looks the same to me.

ebony is less black in direct sun light there is some kind of dark red / brown effect . Too bad, on the pictures, it's quite the same.

Nice looking holster. May want to consider doubling up on the belt next time. I think you will find it will sag in the next few months.
