half mag / full mag

I have a Marlin 375 (336?) with a half magazine tube under the barrel and was wondering if i can put a full magazine tube on this rifle ?? Thanks

Not easily.

The full mag tube used different forend tip, tube hanger / barrel band, and mag tube retainer at the muzzle.
