I have rossi 92 lever in 45 colt but the iron sights suck for me. Are there any alternet iron sights that would work with this rifle?

I prefer aperture receiver sights, like the Williams FP or 5D, Lyman 57.
Here's an article on installing a receiver sight on a Rossi 92 (http://www.beartoothbullets.com/tips/index.htm)

HERE'S (http://store.stevesgunz.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=19_20_27&products_id=5) another kind of rear sight, elevation adjustment only.

Get one of those Williams sights...you won't believe what you've been missing. (so to speak)

The problem that I had with my Rossi 92 wasn't the rear sight, it was the front. I swapped the rear sight early on for one that didn't stink and quickly realized that the front sight was beyond terrible. That began the quest for the correct height beaded front sight that "fit" the rifle. I got close with a Marbles sight, but it still isn't perfect. The newer models come with a good front sight.

Steve's gunz has some front and rear sights at reasonable prices.

let me second the suggestion about steve's gunz. he did a workover on my rossi 92 in 44-40, and did a terrific job. new sights were included.
