But, but, but ... the little blue bar at the bottom just quit moving, then the screen said "Page can not be displayed." So I waited a little while, did not see it and did it again ...

Maybe Art will come along here shortly and can the duplicate post. Or maybe move this one over to "Legal and Political" where it probably belongs. ;) After all, that IS the topic and some of the mods seem to toss anything that "does not fit" over here into "Hunting". :D
