If you do not know who to contact, go to:
http://www.sos.state.ga.us/elections/locator.htm

Type in your info and submit. Then click on the lick for "Georgia House" in the lower right, but remember which district you are, because you will have to scroll down to it. This will give you the info you desire, usually including e-mail address (although a paper letter and a phone call are usually better). If the bill gets to the Georgia Senate, you should call them too. I'll keep you updated.
