Are there any out there for a left handed guy that is not custom build. I know the safariland 6280 works but I need something that is actually in stock somewhere?

I have a few questions that may make it easier for us to help you.

What kind of holster are you looking for? Leather, kydex, IWB, OWB, drop leg, retention, open top, etc?

Why do you need it in stock somewhere? Do you need to handle it or do you need it quickly? If the latter, what timeframe? Several makers, especially the kydex guys, can get you something in a couple of weeks.

Would like to be able to use it for duty so either a duty holster or OWB would work just fine. I have a G&G that works great for my old 1911 but that was non-railed, they make the light bearing one just not for a 1911. Something like this... http://www.copsplus.com/prodnum7468.php. or... http://www.copsplus.com/prodnum9380.php

For a duty holster it does seem as if Safariland would be the first place to look.

For kydex, I think Garrett Industries has the mold for the Taurus pistol.

I'm not that familiar with the Blade-Tech line up, but they may have what you need.

Here are a few in leather that I can think of, but I'm not sure about the compatibility with the Taurus rail that is a non-standard design and many makers don't cover it.
