The only critique I could offer concerns the sewing.
It looks to me like you aren't pulling the loops into the center of the welt each stitch as they are all visible on the front of both holsters.
When you pull each one inside the welt, it locks each stitch, and even if one breaks or wears through, the whole thing won't unravel like a feed sack.
And they are way less likely to wear or break if they are all inside the welt & protected from wear.
Here is a thread that might shed more light on sewing with a saddlers awl.

This is just my taste only speaking.
The closed bottom gives a place for dirt and gunk to land and hide. I prefer an open bottom on all my holsters.
Even being a OWB holster, I like a body shield that "covers" the hammer and all. But I understand why it's not there. My holsters fit pretty tight to my body and the Texas heat and humidity can cause a lot of perspiration to come into contact with my pistols.
I think you did a great job on it. Show us the next one you make as well.

Thank everyone for your input. I'm not a big fan of closed bottom either. Made that one just to try it out. This is a shot of what I make mostly.
