I've seen this quote around various 2A sites (like here (http://www.flashbunny.org/content/gunnutsposter.html) ) A friend of mine insisted that it must be taken way out of context, so I did some research. The British had such a resounding success with the disarmament of India that they've decided to try it on themselves now. In India, the locals made, stole or smuggled the guns they needed. That seems to be what's happening in Jolly Old England too.

Some people just don't learn from history.
