I've run 180s over 22 gr. of RL 7.
Don't know where I found that data (back in September of '97) but it appears safe from the things I'm finding on-line.
But the standard caveats apply -- if it isn't in a load book in your hands, don't trust it!

Hey Gunner,
In addition to the standard 123 grain FMJ bullets, I shot mostly 155 grain gas checked cast bullets in my 7.62X39 rifles that included several SKSs, two AKs, a Colt AR-15, and a Ruger Mini-30. I never tried any bigger bullets in that cartridge, but I do know the 155 cast bullets worked well.
Best wishes,
Dave Wile
