I am in the market for a 6.5 creedmoore or 250 savage ai left handed rifle.I like the savage 14 classic but to get a lefty i would have to get a 243 or 308 and rebarrel it.E.R. shaw will build me a custom just like i want for around 1100 so by the time i rebarreled a 14 that would be in the same ball park money wise wouldnt it.I have found a couple of left hand cooper 54 jackson game rifles in 250ai on gunbroker in the 2300-2500 dallar range they look nice but are they realy worth that much.so creedmore vs 250ai and savage vs E.R. shaw vs cooper where is my money best spent

Of your choises, i'd grab the ER Shaw and run. At least you would know you were getting some quality, with a name that would help resale "if" you decided to sell it some day down the road.

Personally, i don't think the Coopers are worth the extra money, if you just looking for a quality shooter.

What do you want to do with the rifle? If you're looking for a hunting rifle, any ballistics advantage is moot at practical hunting range between the two cartridges.

Factory ammo is available, but not common, for the Creedmoor and is essentially non-existent for the .250 in base form and you'll lose some velocity fire-forming it to the AI chamber the first time around. Something to consider if you think you may have to use factory fodder at some point. I assume that since you're looking at those two cartridges handloading will be your primary if not sole source of ammo.

Cooper makes a heck of a fine rifle. Only you can determine if they're worth $2500 to you. They're on my short list of custom makers if I decide to go with a custom rifle at some point. The fact that they make lefty rifles helped get them on the list.

Something else that you might consider is calling the Savage custom shop. If the rifle you want can be made from part on hand (6.5 Creedmoor barrel from a long range or lightweight hunter on a left handed mod 14 action and stock) they'll build it for you.
