As a tanker, back in my Active Duty days, I got used to wearing a shoulder holster. They have different compromises from hip holsters and most, being leather, aren't especially comfortable all day or very concealable under anything less than a sport coat. As a fat boy, I find IWB behind the hip, uncomfortable and hard to conceal.
I recently discovered deepconceal.com - they make a wonderful, comfortable shoulder holster for concealed carry. I wear it over my T-shirt and under my regular shirt. Put it on in the morning and take it off when I get ready for bed.
I have their Deep Conceal ULTRA CARRY Holster (Double Strap Model) for Small/Medium Frame Firearms. I do not see it on their web site now so perhaps they're sold out. I do know it's the most comfortable way to carry my Glock 19 & two spare mags I've found yet.
