Dumped brass, found many grains stuck to the insides of the cases...now how do I dry this stuff out?

what kind of media are you using? i use stainless pins. i hold it neck down under water and give it a shake and any pins inside fall out. sometimes i'll have a couple stuck in the flash hole that are punched out by the depriming rod on the resizing step. i deprime with a universal deprimer, wet tumble, then resize.

i dry my brass by putting it in a mesh lingerie bag, zipping it up, and sandwiching one end of the bag in the dryer door. the brass doesn't get banged around and it hangs down right in front of the lint trap screen, so it gets plenty of air flow. i run it on delicate cycle, which isn't as hot, for 20-30 minutes. comes out bone dry.

For me I dry them many ways. If it's hot outside, in the oven, or just let them dry overnight if I am not in a hurry. If I am at work, I have a 60,000 btu machines that blows hot air and just dries them faster than I can eat a burger.
Separating the brass from the stainless media is a PIA.

By hand, they come out better under water. I use a regular media separater in a trash can lid.

New dryer came with rack dry feature. Awesome for drying brass. :)
