I want to permanently change the length on my SBR. Where do I send the letter of notification? Is it thesame as where I sent my form 1?

Yes. Send a letter with your serial number, and copy of your Form 1 to:
244 Needy Road, Suite 1250, Martinsburg, WV 25405

Makes it easier for them to find your file.

Unless you're changing it back to non NFA status, you're not obligated to notify them. Just requested.

So its not required to notify if its a permanent change? I just want to go from a 10.5" to 11.5". I have no desire to keep a 10.5" upper laying around the house. And 10.5" is what's listed on the form 1.
