I think it is going to be difficult to find a decent holster in the $30 range. At that price you are probably going to find a nylon holster, which really won't be much of a holster. They will be floppy and will not secure your pistol.

For a few dollars more, you may find something from Don Hume. They have a pretty good reputation for economical holsters. Here is the Don Hume site, but their holsters are carried by several retailers on-line.

You may also want to try the Simply Rugged "Cuda". Also a little more expensive, but you can get some IWB straps that will allow you to wear the one holster either OWB or IWB. This is a very versatile option.

I've looked around a little, and in spite of the P345 having been around for quite some time, there aren't a lot of options available.

In kydex holsters, that I feel are natural matches for polymer pistols, my normal recommendations are Garrett Industries, Raven Concealment, Comp-Tac, and Blade-Tech. Of that group, only Blade-Tech shows they make holsters for the P345.

Most of the leather makers don't list the models they make for, though Simply Rugged does as does High Noon and both do list the P345. High Noon's products will be a little more expensive than Simply Rugged's products.

I even checked Galco, and I think they only listed one holster model and I'd skip that.
