Redfield Revenge Question

Redfield Oregon has launched a new scope "Revenge" with Accu-Ranger varmint reticle, which according to me is an electronic range finding capable product.
The price tag shows that the Made in USA attraction is not there, but seems to have same old warranty features.

My questions,,
1) Has anyone got hold of it or saw it in store, how are the looks?
2) Made in ...? 3) Will it be as dependable as the Revolution ?

1> Looks good - has the appearance of a more expensive scope.
2> Philippines (earlier I stated "China". based on information in our system - apologies to the manufacturers, and to all members)
3> Still a Redfield product, with the Redfield warranty, with Leupold behind that, so any problems will be addressed quickly.

If you're looking for all-American, stick with the Revolution (Oregon) in a DNZ mount (North Carolina). After mounting, celebrate with Jim Beam (Kentucky) or Jack Daniels (Tennessee).

Optics from China cover the entire spectrum (no pun intended), it depends on what the manufacturer is willing to spend, what components they choose, the factory it's assembled in and who is doing the quality control and final inspection.

I have a couple of riflescopes assembled in the Philippines (Weaver), and I've very satisfied with them.

China? You sure? Everything I've read says they come from the Philippines.

Couple weeks back you said the Burris FFII came from China. You sure? Everything I've read says they come from the Philippines, as do the ones I've seen for myself.

I figure you have the resources to know, I just don't know why everybody else would have it wrong.

There's a field in our inventory software for Country Of Origin. I'll double check the info, and confirm.

Just got off the phone with Redfield, they comfirm the Philippines as country of origin. Our information has been updated, and I stand corrected.

Followed that up with a call to Burris, and I am told that the Fullfield line is from the Philippines as well.

My apologies, and thanks for pointing out my error - I will have the information corrected so no one here repeats my mistake.

Gr8 guyz, thanks, now lets wait some users comments, if at all, I dont want to spend half of my salary on a scope without any positive reviews.
