So I have a brand new 300 Blackout barrel on my AR and I have an unused 8lb jug of AA 2200. I've done a bit of reading that says the burn rate on 2200 is similar to 1680 or perhaps L'il Gun, both of which are on the list for recommended powders for the Blackout.

Has anybody done any testing with this combination? I'm willing to be the guinea pig, but I thought it would be nice to know if there is any preliminary data I could build upon? I found only a single forum post using Google, but people know lots of stuff that hasn't been posted anywhere.

I have been using ACC 2200 For years! I got some about 10 years ago and I use it a lot! I got 32lb when it first was put on the market. SO don't be a fared of it. GOOD LUCK

2200 is going to be a good bit too slow for the .300BLK. 1680 is pretty much the slowest suitable powder and 2200 is pretty far down the burn rate chart from it.
