No more 1903's or 1917 U.S. Enfields allowed for the John C. Garand Matches?

Boy, those of us who shot the 1903's and won some Garand matches must've really pissed off the Garand shooters! Explains the birth of the separate Springfield match, don't it? :D

There is also a monthly John C. Garand match/Any Rifle Any Sights match held at the KARS Park range at Kennedy Space Center/Merritt Island.
