Since there are separate forums for handguns why not have different forums for the different types of rifles? I own and shoot (and love) my AR15 but I mostly shoot bolt action rifles for precision and accuracy. The rifles section has so many different types of discussions going on at one time my head spins. How about it moderators? Has the issue ever been considered?

Handguns are basically of one of two types of mechanism: Revolver or semi-auto. Rifles?

You have the para-military semi-auto and all the other semi-autos. Lever action. Bolt action. Single shots and double rifles as break-open actions.

Forget "hunting" as a category, since any and all are used in hunting.

The problem is in keeping it simple yet logical and understandable. But the finest minds in the known universe are working on it. :D:D:D
