Just recently purchased a AR15 with a 1/8 twist. I'm trying to shoot between 600 to 700 yds. My manuals are all old at least 20 years and on loan to my brothers. My question is which is the longest bullet I can load that will still be magazine size? Is it the 75gr, 77gr, or 80gr.

Depends on the bullet ... the BTs - Hornady 75s and Sierra and Nosler 77s are all mag length.
Hornady 75 gr AMAX is single load as are all the 80s (and more exotic 82s and such from Berger).

Yep, Canuck-IL is correct.
I would pick up a box of Hornady 75, Sierra 77, and Nosler 77, and try them in your rifle trying various powders. (I would tend towards one of the 77s.)

The Noslers and Sierras shoot identically from my 2 HP guns ... there's just a whisper of difference in their ogive profile ... I'd just get whichever is cheaper - almost always the Noslers.
