Here are 2 45 ACP revolvers I have purchased within the past 2 weeks.
The first is a Taurus Tracker Titanium 4" in 45 ACP. I had been looking for a Tracker 455 for a while and finally found this one 2 weeks ago in Cleveland.

At less than 24 ounces I was surprised at how manageable the recoil was. The SA trigger was crisp and light but DA trigger was gritty. I took off the side plate and cleaned it thouroughly and polished the bearing surfaces and it smoothed it out considerably. I have ordered a Wolff spring kit the lighten it up some. A very accurate shooter.
The other 45 is a 625-2 Model of 1988. I had been searching for an early 625 for a while and last night I found that the local Cabelas had one in inventory. I got to the store as they opened this morning and brought it home.
This is what it looked like when I got it home. It had a scope mount attached which I removed.

I had purchased a set of grips from Ebay for a K frame and they didn't fit. After a good cleaning of the 625 I tried them on and they fit nicely with a few minor mods.

The trigger on the 625 is really delightful. I have several other S&W revolvers and none have as nice a trigger as this. Looking forward to shooting it.
