I was an FFL holder for a couple of years back in the early '90s and just got my C&R app sent in. I wondered if some of you could tell me some good places to do business with...I've forgotten everyone I used to buy from except for SOG.
Thanks for any help.

Well, AIM Surplus (http://www.aimsurplus.com/) and CDNN (http://www.cdnninvestments.com/) are a couple. A longer list of resources can be found here (http://alwaysprepared.info/index.php?topic=82.0).

Last I heard, CDNN doesn't ship to C&R holders.

I know they used to, looks like they've changed their policy. In recent years, I've mainly used AIM, J&G, and SOG for C&Rs.

In the six years I've had my C&R, I've dealt almost entirely with SOG and Aim Surplus, both in Ohio.
They are competitive price wise, the merchandise can be counted on to be as advertised, and their customer service is quite efficient.
J&G Sales in Prescott,Arizona is also a reliable outfit.Looking at my bound book, out of 28 purchases, 23 have been from these 3 companies, with not a single problem worth mentioning.

Also make sure to send a copy to Midwayusa (http://midwayusa.com) and Brownells (http://brownells.com). They will give you a dealer discounts with the C&R.
