Looking for some leather, let's see your Detective Specials and leather

I am anxiously waiting delivery of a late-60's Colt Dick Special and am starting to look for a good OWB rig.
What are some favorites that y'all use? Budget is $75 or less. In older threads rigs like the Yaqui Slide (by Hume, Galco, and Goode & Goodrich) were mentioned, as well as the Bianchi Minimalist as being comfortable. Pancakes were also liked. Any specific recommendations? Photos are appreciated so I can see the gun and holster together.
Thanks in advance,

I've got a 1950 Detective Special. I carry in a thumb break pancake from A.E. Nelson. They made it to my specs. It's a VERY high ride and has an extreme forward cant. I wear it 2:45-3:00 works great. The butt doesn't poke out when I bend over. Needs a cover garment, though. I usually use an untucked t-shirt with either a safety vest at work or an unbuttoned outer shirt, when off.
Mainly it's about as good as it gets for driving with a strong side holster. Since I drive for a living, I love it.
I had Steve at RKBA make me a horsehide, nuetral cant, cylinder above the belt, open top with a hammer shield. I wanted to try OWB appendix carry. Holsters great, but I've got to much gut, won't work. Should sell it, I suppose.

I have a Simply Rugged I bought for my SP101 - and then sold the gun. The holster fits very well. So, for now, I've got my Colt snug in a Simply Rugged Silver Dollar Pancake.
I didn't order inside-out straps, though. I would like to try carrying the revolver IWB. I carry a Kahr CW9 like that all day. How uncomfortable is a revolver's cylinder?

Don't know what part of the republic you're in, but I know some good leather shops in the dfw area, which are likely to hit your budget, and deliver top quality.

Down in Houston.
Adding to the mix, I'm a lefty. Makes it harder to find good stuff.

Check out d.m. Bullard (located in Azel) http://www.dmbullardleather.com/ (http://www.dmbullardleather.com/?noredirect), and Butscher's leather (http://www.ButschersLeather.com/ in Plano. I've got holsters from both of these guys, and they both do custom, made-to-order stuff, at reasonable prices.
