It seems decent. I can't wait to shoot it. My p7m8 was a tack driver. This is one of their police trade guns. Came with one mag, the box, the manual. $562 delivered. Not bad.

Nice purchase. Could one of the guns traded in by the Maine State police so they could upgrade to the HK45.

The state police justified buying the 1000$ HK45 by stating that their USP45s were "worn out" because the night sights had failed. So instead of spending 100$ per gun to replace the sights, they decided to spend 1000$ on new guns.

But that is a different story.

You got a great deal on an excellent gun.

Cheers,

I just picked up one of CDNN's USP .40 police trade-ins a couple weeks ago. While my pistol shows a little more holster wear than yours, I still feel like I got a great deal for ~$475. I've never been much of a .40 s&w fan, but the HK really tames the "Snap", its honestly a joy to shoot. In fact, I liked shooting it so much, I just picked up another .40 (a Sig sp2022 from CDNN as well), hopefully the Sig will live up to the standard my USP has set.

Congrats on your purchase, I think you'll really like it.

Yes, night sights are dim. The date code is KI, 1998. I love the grip on it.

Hey, that's in great shape. I think yours has the older, sharper checkering. Nice buy.
