My ambi slide release broke (right side) on my 1999 CZ-85 Combat. I called Mike, the CZ gunsmith, and he sent out a replacement part free of charge. Three days later I had the part and was ready to go. Good service.

Any one else have a problem with this part breaking?...Illini

I had three break on a 1998 9mm 75B: Mike@CZ USA sent a replacement on warranty each time. Finally, I sent the pistol to him: CZ USA replaced it with an '03 75B.....that was almost a year ago and the NEW slidestop seems beefier -- and, hasn't broken!

slipped out of its dovetail on 75B D. Sent it to CZ-USA on Monday, they called on Wed, replaced the stock sight with an adjustable, and I had the gun in hand on Friday! I was impressed! :)

CZ-USA service can be compare with the very best in the Firearms
Industry.

People often compare Ruger and Marlin to CZ-USA.

The return rate on CZs is less than 1%. Pretty good for any product.

Should you have a problem they are most often quick to remedy it and get you back into the shooting game.

I've never had a faulty CZ product, but know that getting spare parts
and items such as clothing and posters has been very speedy.

KUDOs to Mike and Alice along with CJ and the other Staff in KC:)

Mike is the only "CZ Certified Armor" in the states and twust me, he does excellent work. The same can be said about Mr. Jackson.
Bob Cogan @ APW is reputed to do a pretty damn fine TJ on CZ's also.

My local smith was the best Ive found for CZ's....he shot them on a comp. level and his work rivalled the absolute best.......but he moved to CO. :banghead: :cuss:

Shoot well.

I broke the connector pin on my 100. After a 3 minute phone call and 3 days wait, had new one arrive in the mail. Most painless dealings I have ever had concerning a problem with a product. Just wish those punks at Bestbuy could be like that when fixing my Vaio......*sigh*
