S&W model 617 price check

What is a fair price to ask for a S&W model 617 revolver 10 shot with a 4" barrel? The gun is unfired with all original papers and box. I bought it over a year ago and have never used it. A friend wants to buy it, and I don't know what to tell him for a price.

Mine was $530.00. Most that I have seen has been within a few dollars of that, one way or the other.
