What are you buying with a $1000 'allowance?'

Wifey said I can take $1000 from the tax refund and buy a pistol- specific about that. Also, something she can handle- she shoots my Commander 1911 in .40 no problem. I kinda wanted a CZ-97BD, but that is too big for her hands. I have a H&R .22lr revolver through Springfield Trophy Match 1911s- whatever is cool and I can get commercial ammo for.
I am kinda considering a Beretta Modello 1934 or a low end Luger, but I am open to anything for historic significance; however, I am open to new and old.
Give me some ideas! ;)

If I didn't already own three, I'd buy a 3rd gen S&W 5904 used for $375 or so, and spend the other $625 on ammo. My wife likes 3rd gens too though...

No allowance this year, or last year.
I’m writing a check for this year, and 1st quarters estimated tax to help cover for the 47%.....:cuss:
